A. Business meeting consultations can be made by contacting the email icon at the bottom of the page, and technical support inquiries on the customer support at the top menu.
We are still working with about 60 customer partners, and various collaborations are under discussion with new partners.

A. All products from ‘CNSI Co., Ltd.’ include engineering (technical maintenance) warranties.
It depends on the product you buy, but most of them include one year of free engineering warranty,
After the warranty ends, you can also see paid engineering services.
(However, the warranty policy may be modified and changed depending on the terms of the contract you purchase from abroad.)
